Virgil likes to walk the property with you first so there is no confusion about what stays, what goes, and what kind of finish you want.
What happens to the brush and debris?
Debris normally stays on the property. We’ll agree on how it will be handled before work starts. Burning may be available for an additional charge, depending on the site and conditions.
Can you clear a homesite and prep the pad too?
Yes. A lot of projects move from clearing into pad prep and grading. If that is your end goal, Virgil plans the job so the transition is clean.
