How We Work
Our Process
Here is how a project moves from the first call, text, or form through site review, estimate, scheduling, work, and completion.
1. Start The Conversation
Call Virgil, send a text, or use the project form. Share the property location and a short description of what you want to accomplish.
2. Share The Project Details
Photos, approximate boundaries, access information, trees or features to keep, known utilities, and the desired finish help define the work.
3. Review The Site Where Needed
Virgil reviews the information first. A site visit may be needed when access, vegetation, grade, debris, or project boundaries are not clear from the initial details.
4. Confirm The Scope & Estimate
The estimate identifies the work discussed, what should remain, how debris is expected to be handled, the intended finish, and relevant site assumptions.
5. Schedule The Work
Once the scope is accepted, Virgil coordinates scheduling based on the project, property location, access, site conditions, and the work already on the calendar.
6. Complete The Agreed Work
Virgil operates the equipment and follows the agreed work area. If an unseen condition changes the practical approach, the scope can be reviewed before that additional work proceeds.
7. Review The Completed Scope
At completion, review the agreed work area, debris handling, and finish together, then discuss any useful next step for the property.
Before We Arrive Checklist
To help the job go smoothly, here are a few things to check:
- Mark trees, plants, fences, or other features that need to stay.
- Share known utilities, septic components, wells, buried lines, and previous dumping areas.
- Confirm the equipment route, gate access, locks, and any soft or narrow approaches.
- For pad work, have available plans, elevations, material notes, and compaction or engineering requirements ready.
