How We Work
Our Process
Hiring an excavator shouldn't be a guessing game. Here is exactly what happens when you call us.
1. The Initial Contact
Call, text, or email Virgil. Let us know where the land is (Dunnellon, Ocala, etc.) and what you want to achieve (e.g., "clear a spot for a barn").
2. The Walk-Through
For most jobs, doing a site walk is best. We'll identify trees to save, hidden obstacles (old wire, stumps), and access points.
3. The Plan & Price
You'll get a clear plan. "Mulch this area, remove these 5 pines, grade the pad." And you'll get a price or day-rate before we start.
4. Work Day
We show up on time with the machines fueled and ready. We work efficiently and respect your property.
5. Final Cleanup
We don't leave a mess. We ensure the site is level, debris is handled as agreed, and you're happy with the result.
Before We Arrive Checklist
To help the job go smoothly, here are a few things to check:
- Mark any specific trees you absolutely want to SAVE with bright layout tape.
- Let us know about any underground utilities, septic tanks, or wells. (Call 811 before digging projects).
- Ensure gates are unlocked or we have the combo to get equipment in.
