Trees around the future home-pad area needed to be removed and handled as the site was opened.
The Goal
Open up the future homesite and organize the removed trees for the next stage of the project.
Approach
Klaus used the excavator and skid steer together to take down, move, and stack trees around the home-pad area.
The Result
The work opened the site around the future homesite. Clearing is one stage of preparation; the pad’s final grade, materials, and other construction requirements belong to the next agreed phase.
